Frederic Yue is a bilingual Technology & Innovation Coach working at an IB world school in Hong Kong. His role is to improve teachers' and students' technological fluency in various ways, lead innovations technologically and pedagogically with peer educators, and organize collaboration and communication opportunities for all stakeholders across wider communities.

Fred holds a Master's Degree of IT in Education from The University of Hong Kong. He is passionate about enhancing education with meaningful and purposeful technology integration, such as app-smashing, design thinking, coding and robotics, media creation, etc. He has been working on the transformation of his current school since the start of his career, including 1 device per student program, on-going technology integration mode, individualized technology fluency growth scheme, etc.
